Dave Parker Eco Lodge Hotel was formerly known as 'Cloud 9 Resort' but changed its name to reflect its desire to preserve this beautiful part of the earth.
By using the natural resources that surround the Eco Lodge, we are able to incorporate Eco-friendly products and methods that protect our environment and wildlife.
We live in a unique, unspoiled rainforest and want to keep it that way, so our guests can enjoy nature at its best!
Umu Making
Try our hands-on experience with Umu making (traditional open fire cooking) on Sundays. From grating the coconuts, lighting the fire with dried coconut shells to preparing the food from the sea and the land, then weave your own flax plate. Now you are ready to taste Samoa's traditional umu-style Sunday Lunch!
